01. How does an online virtual appointment work?
We at L.L.D. provide care to patients via telemedicine. Telemedicine or virtual visits make accessing healthcare more convenient. You can see and speak to one of our doctors through your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Instead of going to the doctor's office and sitting in a waiting room, you can visit your doctor from the comfort of your own home.
02. Is L.L.D. appropriate for every medical condition?
L.L.D. is designed to handle non-emergency medical conditions such as urinary tract infections, earache, respiratory issues, nausea, vomiting, fever, and more. However, If you experience life-threatening situations and illnesses, you need to call 911 or visit your nearest ER.
03. Are there any medications that you can not prescribe?
We do not prescribe controlled substances (e.g. narcotic medications, anxiolytics, stimulants).
